We have three very different floors that can accommodate bookings; The Kitchen Primarily for food the upstairs Kitchen floor can be booked for lunches during the week and evening reservations are taken Monday to Wednesday. Larger groups can be accommodated please call for further details. Our famous piano man Danny Mills is playing on this floor every Thursday from 7pm, not to be missed! The Gallery Designed with the feel of a cocktail lounge bar, the Gallery Room is open in the evenings Wenesday and Thursday and all day on Fridays. Perfect for sipping cocktails and after work drinks! The room can accommodate parties of up to 120 and different areas can also be sectioned off for smaller groups in the week. Kick back and enjoy cocktails for only £4.50 between 5-7.00 pm. Our new cocktail list carefully put together by our fantastic bar team is guaranteed to go down a treat. The Vault Only open on Thursday and Friday evenings the basement Vault Room is the 'Party Room'. With a feel that is more clubby / late bar this is the room to have a blast. With DJs every Friday and a late licence this area is proving popular with party bookings. You can book a booth for 10 people or more, or have the cozy 'Vault lounge' with it's comfortable sofas and low tables which holds up to 50 people - completely free of charge! Can also be booked exclusively for up to 180 people. There is no entrance charge, just come on down! We can cater for parties of up to 450, and can design bespoke nights to suit most budgets. You can even have the whole place to yourself on a Saturday night! Xmas at Firefly We can cater for all different Xmas parties, wether you want an exclusive floor or just an area or table for lunch or dinner. We can organise entertainment such as DJ's, live music, casino tables, chocolate fountains, magicians and ice luges. There will be plenty of food options with different selections of Canape's starting from £9.95 per head or a delicious 2 or 3 course (£14.95/ £17.95 per head) lunch or dinner including Christmas crackers and petit fours. All our menus are finalised and can be found under the 'menus' section. If you would like to recieve a Xmas pack containing menus, pictures and drink prices, please email or call us to request one. So what does it all cost...? We don't have a hire charge but minimum spends apply for exclusive parties. Capacities and Minimum spends Our maximum capacity is a total of 450 guests standing. All floors are available for exclusive hire either separately or all three floors as a package. The Kitchen holds 150 The Gallery holds 120 The Vault holds 180 Minimum spends for exclusive parties in December 2008 Please note all minimum spends are subject to an additional 12.5% discretional service charge that will be added to your final bill.
